🌿 How to Put on Your Bra Properly

Wearing your bra correctly makes all the difference to how it looks, feels, and supports you throughout the day. Follow these simple steps to ensure the perfect fit and all-day comfort.

Place your arms through the shoulder straps and lean slightly forward, allowing your breasts to fall naturally into the cups. Avoid fastening your bra at the front and twisting it around, as this can stretch the elastic and damage the underwires over time.

Secure the bra at the back using the loosest hook and eye. This ensures a firm fit while allowing room to tighten the band over time as the elastic naturally stretches. If your bra doesn’t feel supportive on the tightest setting, consider a smaller band size.

Adjust the straps so they feel firm but comfortable. They should not dig into your shoulders or slip off. Remember, the band provides most of the support—the straps are there for positioning and balance.

This is the most important step for achieving the perfect fit.
Lean forward slightly, then gently scoop breast tissue from the sides and underneath into the cups, ensuring everything is fully enclosed and lifted.

The underwire should sit flat against your ribcage (not on breast tissue), and your bust should feel centred, supported, and naturally shaped.

Following these steps ensures better support, improved comfort, and a beautifully enhanced silhouette—giving you confidence from the moment you get dressed.
